6 Shafts Full Auto Aluminum Foil Rewinding Machine

Fully automatic aluminum foil rewinding machine is used for rewinding the jumbo rolls of aluminium foil into small rolls. It adopts surface and center rewinding method, and can rewind the roll from 1 meter for house foil roll, kitchen foil roll, and catering foil roll etc. It can automatically load paper cores, spray the hot-mely glue, rewind by the meter, seal(seal by hot melt glue system) the finished rolls and automatically transfer with a 6-shaft system without stopping. Controlled by a PLC microcomputer and equipped with a high-precision encoder, it features a reliable electronic and pneumatic system, with a rewinding speed of 25–35 rolls per minute.
